By accessing, browsing, submitting membership forms, or logging into the member/admin portal of Shanti Devi Foundation ("SDF", "NGO"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of this website.
2. Member & User Accounts
SDF provides membership registration and online portal login facilities:
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, session tokens) and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.
- Accurate Information: All applicants and members agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during membership application and account creation.
- Prohibited Use: Unauthorized attempts to bypass authentication, access administrative control panels, upload malicious scripts, or misrepresent identity are strictly prohibited and subject to account suspension and legal action under Indian IT laws.
Portal & Admin Access
Access to authorized portal dashboards (Member Portal and Administrative Control Panel) is restricted solely to verified personnel and approved members of Shanti Devi Foundation.
3. Voluntary Donations & Contributions
Shanti Devi Foundation is a registered non-profit organization (NITI Aayog Reg: RJ/2020/0265260, 12A & 80G Certified). All donations and contributions made to the foundation are voluntary charitable acts intended to support social welfare, healthcare, education, and rural development programs.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on this website—including foundation logos, presentation decks, official certificates, media archives, photographs, text, and layout designs—is the property of Shanti Devi Foundation and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Content may be viewed or downloaded for non-commercial informational purposes only.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Shanti Devi Foundation strives to ensure that all information on this website is accurate and up to date, the website and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis.
